Depending on the species, plants are not pruned at the same period or in the same way.
Pruning plants is therefore a very important and beneficial operation.
It helps keep a plant healthy, give it a specific shape (topiary art), increase flowering or yields, and also protect plants against possible diseases.

Soil contains many nutrients and microorganisms, but over time it tends to become depleted.
Its structure is then altered: the soil becomes poor, compact, difficult to work, and plants inevitably suffer.

To feed your plants, you must first properly feed the soil... and all its microfauna.
To do so, we use different types of products (organic amendments, bio-organic and mineral fertilizers, slow or fast release, liquid or granules...) because the activity of this microfauna is what makes soil rich, and therefore ensures good plant growth and productivity.
Finally, soil maintenance also involves cleaning it (weeding, hoeing, or digging).

To achieve a beautiful lawn all year round, regular maintenance is essential, otherwise it may turn yellow and become invaded by moss or weeds.
Your lawn therefore requires attention, specific and constant care, as well as professional equipment.
To thrive in good conditions, grass needs three vital elements: water, air, and nutrients.

Several operations must be carried out:
– mowing (depending on grass type and season)
– scarification (1 to 2 times per year to remove thatch and moss)
– core aeration (manual or mechanical soil aeration)
– soil amendment and fertilization (nutrition of soil and grass)
– phytosanitary treatment (selective weed killer, fungicide...)
– watering (regular and adapted)

It helps sanitize land while promoting key plant species, and also prevents wildfire risks that are frequent in our region.
Beyond being an essential aesthetic aspect, it is a real necessity and even a legal obligation in some cases, with penalties provided by law.

Pruning a tree is an art that cannot be improvised; it is a real pruning operation that requires several precautions to be carried out in the best conditions.
Safety, aesthetics, maintenance, and tree health: the reasons for pruning are numerous.
The timing, principles, and pruning techniques differ depending on tree types.

Our specialists have this expertise and work safely while respecting the environment.

In cases of advanced pest attacks on palms, this type of pruning is a real solution that can save the palm tree.
This mechanical sanitation operation removes all red palm weevil infestation points present in the stipe and in the tree heart (meristem: main terminal bud, which must not be too degraded), and shreds waste on site. A phytosanitary treatment must be applied immediately after pruning. A preventive treatment protocol must then be implemented to protect the tree from further attacks.
This method allows new fronds to regrow under healthy conditions and should be carried out very quickly, as soon as the first symptoms appear.

In a favorable season, a palm tree can recover very quickly (15 days to 3 weeks).
A diagnosis will assess the exact level of contamination to determine whether this solution is viable; otherwise, removal will be the only option.

We are registered with DRAAF PACA (Regional Directorate for Food, Agriculture and Forestry of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur), certified and authorized to intervene on palms in the fight against the red palm weevil (Rhynchophorus ferrugineus) for monitoring, sanitation, removal, and preventive treatment work.

Palm pruning is completely different from tree pruning. As a reminder, a palm is not a tree but a giant herb in botanical terms. These are plants that do not contain wood in the structure of their stem; we therefore speak of a stipe, not a trunk.

Due to the high presence of pests in the region, palm pruning is no longer performed in spring but out of season (from November to March), as the insect does not fly during this period, which limits contamination risk.

Depending on species, pruning is not carried out in the same way.

For example, for Phoenix canariensis palms, there are two pruning styles: pineapple or daisy.
These ornamental pruning methods therefore require specific know-how and suitable tools (climbing spurs, claws, axes, knives, chainsaws...).

The decision to fell a tree is always difficult. Too often poorly located (planted in the wrong place), for safety reasons (too close to a house), for health reasons (diseases, fungi, or parasites), or others, felling is sometimes the only solution.
However, one must be aware that such an operation carries risks, especially when the tree is huge and imposing.

Uprooting a tree stump can be a tedious task and may become a real issue, while also causing damage at many levels (pipes, electrical networks, foundations...).
Often unsightly or obstructive for outdoor development projects, it is therefore necessary to remove it. We offer a clean, fast, and efficient solution: stump grinding.

This operation consists of shaving the stump into fine chips in the soil to a depth of around 40 cm using suitable machinery.
We can remove all types of tree stumps and various diameters.

For several years now, the company has specialized in plant care and treatment.
With global warming and increased imports, we are witnessing a real proliferation of diseases and pests, making plants much more fragile and sensitive.

Trained, certified (Certiphyto No.: OF-0419-207-47), certibiocide-qualified, and accredited (registration number PAO1722), we carry out effective and comprehensive diagnostics and expert assessments to apply appropriate treatments in a reasoned way:

Over the years, we have also observed long and severe drought periods worsened by water restrictions, leaving lawns and plants completely yellowed.
We therefore offer an environmentally friendly alternative method: an application of ecological green paint, rain-resistant and effective for several months.

The company has also focused and specialized in combating palm pests.

The red palm weevil: Rhynchophorus ferrugineus

Since the 2000s, palms in the Mediterranean basin have been affected by a real scourge: the weevil. Originally from Southeast Asia, this small beetle was introduced through the massive import of infested palms from the Middle East.
The damage caused in just a few years has been so significant that control is regulated in our country by the Ministry of Agriculture since the decree of July 21, 2010, and is mandatory for all ornamental palm owners.

We offer two types of preventive control:
– biological control (using nematodes: steinernema carpocapsae)
– chemical control (insecticide based on imidacloprid)

This treatment protocol must be carried out every 21 days from March 1 to November 15.
These products are applied in the heart of the palm by spraying or with a telescopic lance.
Unfortunately, as of today, no curative treatment exists; when a palm is contaminated, sanitary pruning is the only solution.



The palm borer moth: Paysandisia archon

Originally from South America, it was introduced into southern Europe in the late 1990s through the import of contaminated palms.

This large lepidopteran (about 10 cm wingspan) attacks many palm species: Canary Island date palm (Phoenix canariensis), date palm (Phoenix dactylifera), dwarf palm (Chamaerops humilis), windmill palm (Trachycarpus fortunei), Washingtonias...
As true invasive species, the damage caused by their attacks often leads to palm death.

We offer a 100% natural and biological preventive and curative control method: entomopathogenic nematodes (microscopic worms).
– preventive control: from March to September, every 21 days
– curative control: applied as soon as the palm is affected.

Our experience allows us to effectively diagnose the level of palm infestation in order to apply the right dosage.
It is therefore very important to treat and monitor your palms if we want to avoid the disappearance of this emblematic heritage of the French Riviera!
